Support Portal

Support that speaks engineer.

RAMSynapse runs on your premises, so support is built for that reality: engineers answering engineers, diagnostics that respect restricted networks, and fixes that arrive as releases you control.

How support works

Built for teams behind closed networks.

01

Direct line

Support requests reach the engineers who build the platform — there is no outsourced first line. The person reading your report knows the code it concerns, and answers come with the reasoning, not a script.

02

On-premise aware

Diagnostics are designed for restricted networks. No remote access is required: the platform produces log bundles you can open and review yourself before deciding what, if anything, leaves your network.

03

Release channel

Fixes and updates are delivered as versioned on-premise releases with notes, through your organisation's delivery channel. You see what changed and you decide when to install it.

What's coming

With the platform

The ticket portal ships with the platform.

The Support Portal itself is part of the product rollout, not a promise for later. When the platform reaches your organisation, so does the portal:

  • Tracked tickets

Every request gets a reference and a history — nothing lives only in an inbox.

  • Status you can see

Open, in progress, fixed in a release — the state of each ticket is visible, not implied.

  • Release notes archive

Every versioned release and its notes in one place, so you can trace when a fix landed.

Until the portal opens, talk to us directly.

Support conversations currently run through the contact form and email. Describe what you are seeing and it lands with the team that can act on it.
